celljoy ships ZendaWave products within Switzerland and to the EU. If you are from another country and would like to order our products, please contact us using the contact form.

Shipping within Switzerland is from our warehouse in Switzerland. Shipping costs up to a value of CHF 100 are CHF 5.90 per delivery. Shipping is free for purchases of CHF 100 or more.

Shipments to EU countries are shipped from an EU warehouse. Please note the different shipping fees. Depending on weight and country, shipping costs are usually between €5 and €14.

Customers have the right to return goods within 30 days of delivery. This right of return is exercised by returning the goods, provided they are unopened and unused. The return request must be submitted to celljoy via email (hello@celljoy.com). Only returns approved by celljoy will be accepted.

Upon receipt of the goods, any purchase price already paid will be credited to the customer's account. However, celljoy reserves the right to deduct the refunded purchase price or issue an invoice for possible damage, excessive wear and tear, or, if agreed, shipping costs. celljoy may refuse to issue a credit note until it has received the goods back or the customer has provided proof of having returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

The customer is always responsible for packaging the returned goods for transport. Damage to or loss of goods due to improper packaging will be charged to the customer. If the customer hands over the goods to a transport company, the customer bears the risk for the safe transport of the goods. The risk only passes to celljoy upon receipt of the goods at celljoy.
